SHIPPING DESTINATION
Currently, we exclusively target and ship to Belgium. We do not offer international shipping outside of the Belgian territory at this time to ensure the highest quality of service and delivery speed for our local customers.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can monitor the progress of your delivery through our website or the carrier's portal.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
ArticBear takes great care in packaging our Aesthetic Bear Brick Ceramic Statues to prevent breakage. However, if you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@articbear-be.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these issues on a case-by-case basis and work towards a satisfactory solution.
